¡°NGsT obtains successful results from IHS pilot plant test (design average capacity 1000 tons/day) "

Now, In ◯◯ municipal wastewater treatment facility , We, NGsT, test influent and effluent of primary settling tank. And also, test influent and effluent of IHS pilot plant.

The results are below;

 Innovative Hydrodynamic Separator(IHS)'s removal efficiency of SS and CODcr are 35%,40% respectively. Primary settling tank 's removal efficiency of SS and CODcr are 50%, 55% respectively. This results tell us that removal efficiencies of IHS are similar to that of Primary settling tank. For reference, HRT(hydrodynamic retention time) of IHS is  1.5 minute. And HRT of  primary settling tank is 150 minute. The IHS removes SS(suspended solid) instead of organic matter. So,  We think that IHS can be a pre-treatment process of BNR(biological nutrient removal).
